"I have been personal training with Cynthia Gordon for 20 years. She is competent and knows every part of the body. I have always enjoyed my time with her. She takes seminars and classes to keep herself knowledgeable on all techniques. Yoga, Stability Ball, and Pilates, I take from her every week. The time is stimulating and I have never been in better condition. Also, she's an absolute joy!"

"I first met Cynthia when my work colleagues recommended her group Pilates class to me after I moved to Omaha. I took her group classes for almost two years, but regrettably, stopped when my schedule became more hectic with other matters. Later, I was diagnosed with a back injury that forced me to give up my beloved running, and also required several ergonomic adjustments in my work space. I am happy to report that I have been able to handle and enjoy Pilates since this diagnosis, with the help of Cynthia and a weekly one-on-one Pilates Reformer sessions with her. Most group classes are no longer workable for me because certain Pilates movements are not compatible with my back injury. I am still able to enjoy Pilates, however, because Cynthia tailors our sessions to fit my current needs and limitations. The sessions constantly are changing based on the status of my injury and aches and pains. Cynthia is willing to change direction on a moment's notice, and has gone out of her way to appreciate my injury, including working with my physical therapist to understand the physiology behind the injury. I like Cynthia's sessions so much that even though I have moved two hours from Omaha, we continue our sessions on the one night per week that I am in Omaha for work."
