Posture Workshops for High-Use Computer Employees:

It's nearly becoming an epidemic, that our backs, especially our spines suffer from working in front of a computer for such extended periods of time. Allow Cynthia to teach simple posturing and breathing techniques to offset these harsh effects of the computer, reducing stress to the spine and back, neck, and shoulders.

On-site classes:

Working out as a team, or having a trusted co-worker become a work-out buddy is one way to increase employee health and wellness. Pilates or Yoga are just some opportunities for small to large groups during lunchtime, or before work. Great for office morale!

Team-Building or Incentive Programs:

Looking for ways to better the teamwork among your employees? Cynthia's energy and expertise can cater a program to build stronger relationships, minds, and energy to achieve maximum results at your company.

"Cynthia was an icon at Mutual of Omaha. She was teaching classes well before we even had an on-site wellness facility; about 23 years. Her loyal following is a testament to her ability to bond with her students on many levels. Cynthia's commitment to the employee's health was apparent by the extra miles taken to ensure each member felt like they were special and mattered. She even knew my work anniversary date and birthday and never forgot either one in the almost 15 years that I had the pleasure of working with and knowing her. I will miss her smile and upbeat aura."
